De zesde Gewina Meeting of Historians of Science in the Low Countries is op 19-20 juni in conferentieoord Woudschoten. Het thema van de conferentie is: ‘Things to Know: Material Culture in Scientific Practice’.

Call for Papers: 6th Gewina Meeting of Historians of Science in the Low Countries (Woudschoten, 19-20 June 2015; Deadline: 1 February 2015)
On 19-20 June 2015, Gewina will organize the sixth biannual meeting at the Woudschoten conference centre. Participants are invited to submit a proposal for a contribution to this two-day meeting. The theme of the conference is ‘Things to Know: Material Culture in Scientific Practice’. De Gewina-Woudschotenconferenties, een tweejaarlijkse ontmoeting voor wetenschapshistorici uit de Lage Landen, heeft zich in de afgelopen jaren ontwikkeld tot een vaste waarde op de agenda. Op 14 en 15 juni vond in Zeist de vijfde editie plaats, georganiseerd onder de vlag van het wetenschapshistorisch genootschap Gewina door personeel van de Vrije Universiteit (onder wie ondergetekende).
